Partner Arthur Zorio

Mr. Zorio practices in all areas of commercial and intellectual property litigation for Watson Rounds. A native of Reno, Nevada, he graduated from the University of California, Davis and the Santa Clara University School of Law.

After receiving his law degree, Mr. Zorio traveled to Las Vegas to work for Morton R. Galane, “the grandfather of Nevada law,” where he honed his legal skills for two years before deciding to return to northern Nevada and its pine-covered mountains and milder summer evenings.

Mr. Zorio has represented a wide range of clients in complex litigation and transactional matters throughout Nevada. His experience ranges from matters in civil RICO and business torts to shareholder derivative action, construction defects, insurance, defamation, bankruptcy, employment discrimination, and trade secrets. In transactional matters, Mr. Zorio has assisted clients with issues including business formation, contract drafting and review, intellectual property licensing, e-business agreements, and the legal aspects of purchasing and selling businesses, real estate, and personal property.

Mr. Zorio has a work hard, play hard attitude. Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and winemaking. He is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.
