Mr. McMillen practices in the areas of Insurance Defense Litigation, Products Liability, Commercial Litigation, Premises Liability, Automobile Negligence, General Liability Defense and Construction Litigation.

Mr. McMillen performed his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and graduated from Creighton Law School in Omaha, Nebraska. Before law school, Mr. McMillen served as the legislative director for the Sacramento Builders’ Exchange where he represented the interests of more than 1200 commercial construction contractors before local and state legislators. Since graduating from law school, Mr. McMillen has worked for several law firms, where he has successfully handled construction litigation, business litigation, business formation, estate planning and probate cases for individuals and large corporations.

He is licensed to practice in the states of Nevada and Utah. Outside of the law firm, Mr. McMillen enjoys running, snowboarding, waterskiing, history and politics.
